We take every pre-order in person or by phone at (603) 598-6328 — talk to a real butcher, not a form.
We take holiday pre-orders for families across Amherst, Merrimack, Nashua, Brookline, Milford, and the surrounding towns every year. Thanksgiving and Christmas orders each run in their own window — the Thanksgiving list opens in the fall, and Christmas orders open once the turkeys are wrapped. Order early either way; the closer each holiday gets, the faster its list fills.
Fresh turkeys, reserved by name. We carry whole fresh turkeys in a range of sizes, plus boneless turkey breasts for smaller tables. Plan on about a pound and a half per person for a whole bird — that covers dinner and the leftovers everyone actually wants.
Round out the table from our kitchen: house-made turkey gravy, mac and cheese, potato salads, and garlic pepper green beans, made from scratch the same week you serve them. Ask about sides when you reserve your bird.
