The three most-ordered sandwiches at our counter, year after year: the Cheese Steak, the Steak Tip, and the Smoked Turkey BLT. Start with one of those and you'll understand why the line forms at lunch.

• Cheese Steak — shaved steak and American cheese on a garlic butter grilled sub roll. The most-ordered sandwich in the shop.
• Steak Tip — our famous Steakhouse steak tips with American cheese on a garlic butter grilled sub roll
• Pulled Pork Po' Boy — house smoked pulled pork with BBQ sauce, coleslaw, and pickles on a grilled onion roll
• Corned Beef Reuben — tender corned beef with sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and Thousand Island sauce on thick marble rye
• Ham and Swiss Melt — grilled country ham, melted Swiss, and sliced pickles on a warm brioche bun with sweet and spicy mustard
• TFB Cuban — ham, pulled pork, and melted Swiss with pickles and deli mustard on a pressed ciabatta roll
• Meatball Fra Diavolo — house-made Italian meatballs, spicy marinara, crispy fried jalapeños, and provolone on a garlic butter grilled sub roll
• Italian Sausage Sub — our house-made hot and sweet Italian sausage with grilled peppers and onions on a garlic butter grilled sub roll
• Chicken Sandwich — breaded chicken cutlet, hot honey, lettuce, tomato, and pickles on a grilled brioche roll

• Smoked Turkey BLT — our house smoked turkey breast with smoked gouda, thick-cut bacon, mixed greens, tomatoes, and basil pesto aioli on a ciabatta roll
• Italian — Boar's Head Genoa salami, capicola, mortadella, and piccante provolone with mixed greens, tomatoes, red onions, aged balsamic, and extra virgin olive oil on a ciabatta roll
• TFB Roast Beef — our own slow-cooked roast beef with cheddar, mixed greens, tomatoes, red onion, and horseradish sauce on a fresh onion roll
• Tuna Salad Wrap — with lettuce, tomato, and red onion on your choice of wrap
• Chicken Salad Wrap — our house chicken salad with mixed greens and tomato on your choice of wrap
• Chicken Caesar Wrap — romaine tossed with chicken, parmesan, and Caesar dressing

Our burgers are hand-pressed from the same beef we grind for the case — 10 and 12 ounce patties, cooked to order on a brioche roll.

• Cheeseburger — a 10 oz. hand-pressed burger with melted cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and bomb sauce
• Belly Buster Burger — a 10 oz. burger topped with BBQ pulled pork, slab bacon, and melted cheese
• Blue Cheese Peppercorn Burger — a 12 oz. burger loaded with blue cheese, crusted in peppercorns, and served with lettuce, tomato, and onion

Our team makes every sandwich to order, so if you want it built differently — different bread, extra meat, no aioli — just say so.
